Manischewitz, a cornerstone of kosher cuisine for over 130 years, is expanding its legacy with the launch of premium New York-style, all-beef hot dogs. Available in both regular and low-fat options, the glatt-kosher hot dogs are now hitting the shelves of supermarkets and specialty stores, with a kosher-for-Passover version set to follow.
The hot dogs promise a culinary experience steeped in tradition, offering the exceptional taste and texture synonymous with Manischewitz products. Whether grilled, boiled, or baked, they bring the flavors of Jewish heritage to modern kitchens.
Harold Weiss, executive vice president of sales at Kayco, the parent company of Manischewitz, celebrated the milestone: “This is one of the most exciting moments in our company’s history. The Manischewitz all-beef hot dogs are now available across all Publix stores and throughout the Northeast, with plans for a nationwide rollout soon.”
Priced at a suggested $9 for a 10.3-ounce package of six, these hot dogs are crafted using the finest ingredients and spices. They join a robust portfolio of Manischewitz products and reflect the brand’s commitment to innovation and quality.
Shani Seidman, chief marketing officer, highlighted the significance of the launch: “We are thrilled to meet the needs of kosher consumers and those exploring Jewish cuisine through this exciting new product. These hot dogs are an invitation for new generations to discover the richness of Jewish culinary heritage.”
The launch will be accompanied by an extensive marketing campaign, featuring billboards, social media outreach, print advertisements, and a digital blitz. It also builds on a bold rebranding effort by Manischewitz to appeal to younger, growing families while celebrating the culture and traditions of Jewish cuisine.
With these hot dogs, Manischewitz continues to bridge the past and present, offering a taste of Jewish culinary excellence to all who savor them.
